Daily Affirmations
Benefits of daily affirmations do they really work? I believe they do yes. But you can tell yourself positive motivations all day, but if you don’t do anything about them then nothing happens. You have to actually take action with those positive affirmations. If you’re struggling with self-confidence and need a pick me up, telling yourself you’re beautiful and what unique qualities you possess will of course make you feel beautiful. Then putting on a nice outfit and doing your hair and makeup will take you to the next level. That confidence will be soaring through you. Taking that extra step makes all the difference. It’s all part of mental health and mindset. You can talk yourself up or talk yourself down from anything. It takes practice, but gets better every time you remind yourself what to do.
Repeat Those Daily Affirmations
Write down your daily affirmations and repeat them every morning or night. Or even throughout the day if you need to get through a moment. The more you say it, the more you believe it. On the days you feel the lowest, take extra time to say a couple extra affirmations. You need a little more love that day and that’s okay. Repeating positive affirmations will leave no room for negative ones. Your brain will start to believe those affirmations and make them a reality with action.
Types of Affirmations
There are so many types of affirmations that you could use depending on how you’re feeling and what your goals are. Career affirmations, self-esteem, love affirmations, affirmations that help with troubling times. I will give an example of each:
- I am qualified for this promotion and I know I am capable of the challenges
- I am worthy
- I deserve to love and to be loved
- I will get through this difficult time one day at a time
So don’t be discouraged, just change your mindset to a positive one and know that a little effort from yourself, your whole life will change!
