Let’s get down, let’s get down to business. I know you guys know the song!! It’s time to get down to business, picking out your workout routine and deciding what works best for you. I will help you make time for fitness and how it worked out for me. For years I would decide the day of if I was going to go to the gym or not. That led to a lot of disorganization and wasted time. As I’ve been more consistent with fitness the past several years I now have a routine and a schedule.
I researched different workout apps and what I liked best about them, prices, the trainer’s goals and how they could help me. Also if it was in sync with what I was trying to achieve for myself. Narrowing it down I picked the Tone & Sculpt app by Krissy Cela. It was easy to follow and you could pick the workouts by skill level (home or gym). They also had tracking abilities for your meals.
I workout 4-5 days a week and I know exactly what I’m training that day without having to think about it. The only thing I have to do is pick the days that I’m going to be training that week. Point being, you have to have some type of schedule in order to get things done. If not it’s so much easier to say “Oh I’ll just do it tomorrow” until that vicious cycle continues to happen. You don’t want that! So pick a routine that works for you, that’ll help you stay on track. Different things work for different people so if an app doesn’t work for you then you can track yourself. Write down your gym schedule and your workouts. Get a face-to-face trainer, a gym buddy, anything that’ll help get closer to your goals and becoming healthier!! So make time for fitness and watch yourself transform!
