Trip to the Apple Orchard
It’s not fall if you don’t take a trip to the apple orchard. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. Comfortable temperatures, the leaves on the trees start changing colors, sweater weather and different spices, pumpkin, apple, cinnamon etc. Fall just smells different, the delicious desserts, fun fall decor, Mum flowers and it just screams holidays! First thing you gotta do though after decorating for fall is take a trip to the apple orchard. Nothing like picking fresh apples right off the tree and of course apple cider doughnuts with a side of apple cider slushy. It’s even better because you’ve been waiting all year for this.
Enjoying the Taste of Fall
First things first, getting your apple cider doughnuts and slushies. You have to eat them right then and there because they’re fresh. They’re definitely not the same if you save them for later. They’re warm, soft and dipped in cinnamon sugary goodness. A-MAZ-ING! The apple cider slushy is ice cold and the perfect thirst quencher. There’s also a farm store where they sell other treats too. You can’t leave there without trying their apple crisp. It’s sweet, crunchy crisp topping and the apples are soft and full of flavor. My friend also made her own apple crisp with apples from the orchard and it tasted just as good!
Perfect day
It’s a fun fall day activity that’s perfect for kids and a pretty place to take fall photos. It gets you outside to enjoy some sun and fall sweets. There’s also wine in many different flavors and hard ciders for fall nights sitting by the fire. Enjoy it now while you can before the season’s over. I love fall and all it’s traditions! It takes you right into the holiday season!

Yes love the fall! You can definitely tell the difference between the apples from the orchard and the store apples and there’s no comparison, apples from the orchard always wins! Especially delicious when baking too 😛
